GUID

Hi All,

The GUID is missing when I look in the properties of a document. The GUID repository is active and working correctly in the component monitor.

Any idea why it is not visible ??

Hi Krishnen,

you can check if the [URI Mapper Service|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/66/402677a6264a9d8afdfda2b238a0c4/frameset.htm] is running. You can check in the KM configuration and also in the log files for problems.

Furthermore is the entry in the properties just empty or is it completely missing? In the second case, search for the Property Group "access_links" and check if you see the entry "rnd:shortID".
