Get access to Expense Group data from Cloud Application Studio

Hi,

Is there some way to get the expanse group data in project managment -> projects (as seen in the attached image)?
I need to be able to get the list dynamically in the SDK.
Maybe using a webservice, or just directly in some object in the SDK or somehow externally..
Maybe its possible to trigger a creation of an excel file with this information I can grab with code and parse for this data?
Essentially I need to always have this data as it updates..
