Generate Booked Data based on attribute

Dear Experts,

i would need a hand for a data action that has the purpose of generating data, putting “0” on a “Dummy” measure based on an attribute of a dimension.
Let me explain, the user chooses via parameters the other combinations of dimensions.

Example:
User chooses as parameters:
Product= PRD1
Scenario= SCN1

Entity	Scoped
ENT1	YES
ENT2	YES
ENT3	NO
ENT4	NO
ENT5	NO

The end result is as follows:

Entity	Product	Scenario	Dummy
ENT1	PRD1	SCN1	0
ENT2	PRD1	SCN1	0

something like this:

MEMBERSET [d/Product] = %Product%
MEMBERSET [d/Scenario] = %SCN1%
MEMBERSET [d/Entity].[p/Scoped] = "YES"

DATA() = 1 - 1
