Hello!
I have set up the flexible workflow scenario for Sales Orders and I want to use the team Functionality .
I set up the Teams and Responsibilities :
and the respective sales workflows
My workflows are getting triggered ,but there's no agent determined.
You can see the error below:
Now , it seemed strange to me that the system can't find the agent responsibility rule ,so I digged in and find the standard rule ID for the workflow template
So , my guess is that this rule /FUNC/CMR1LVLA ,cannot be determined.
I used the fiori apps "Manage Responsibility Rules" and "Manage Responsibility Context"
In the first one , there is no /FUNC/CMR1LVLA in the list , which strikes me as unusual.
Also in the second one , there is no agent rule assigned.
So , is there something missing?
I would expect to see the /FUNC/CMR1LVLA in the Responsibility Rules and Assigned to WS02000006 in the Responsibility Context.
Do I have to "install" these via a note or something?
Also , is there anything else I can check?
Request clarification before answering.
Hi. I am getting the same issue as you - i.e. no agents determined. The workflow triggers and if I enter a user in the workflow this works. However, trying to use the role. I have set up the config with the standard settings as per this https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_S4HANA_ON-PREMISE/7b24a64d9d0941bda1afa753263d9e39/5a5f3f686c06490893a...
Update - I have been able to resolve by adding further authorisations to the SAP_WFRT user. (auth objects S_RFCACL, V_VBAK_AAT, RSMTEAM)
