We have recently upgraded SAP BO from version SAP 4.3 SP03 Package 500 to the latest version SAP BO 4.3 SP04 Package 800

While everything is working fine in the application after upgrade but there is a certain issue where we are unable to create new user in the application nor we can do any modification in the present user and user group , we have being facing the error pop up as "Failed to commit objects to server : Undefined Info Store error"

We have also tried importing the biar with users

the problem occures when "NLS_CHARACTERSET" and 'NLS_NCHAR_CHARACTERSET' for your CMS DB are set to other than AL16UTF16 or AL32UTF8.

So you should check the CMS -DB for which "NLS_CHARACTERSET" and 'NLS_NCHAR_CHARACTERSET' are supported
