Export to Excel Bug with Microsoft Edge browser

Hi!

Currently we are facing an issue with the "Export to Excel" function executed in Edge. Usually (Chrome, IE) the generated file name looks like this:

With Edge ist looks like this > "zen.xlsx"

So far it's not a big problem.

The problem starts with the script to set a user specific file name

EXPORT_EXCEL.setFileName

In Edge it doesn't work either. The exported file is still called "zen".

I hope somebody has an idea how to fix it or knows if this issue is already in fixing at SAP.

• Look for 'Browser Support by Operating System'

already checked. Edge should be supported under Win10.

1. Could you share the version details of SAP & Ms office ?

2. If possible enable the trace, find where it is getting blocked/stopped.

How do I enable the trace? Do you mean the trace in Lumira?
