Error while opening Analysis for Office file

Hi all!

I am facing an issue while opening an AO file:

An exception occurred. Send the attached log file to your administrator. SAP BI Add-in will be closed. If you want to save the data in the document, you must save a copy of the document because the data needed for the addin functions cannot be saved correctly. (ID-102001)

It only happens on Microsoft Office with 64 bits, in 32 bits, it does not happen.

I unistalled and installed Microsoft Office and AO addin but the issue persist.

The only way to open it without issue is, open a new blank workbook, login into AO, then open my AO file, by doing this, the file is opened correctly

I searched this issue everywhere but I could not find a solution for this.

Can you give me a hand on this, please?

Hi

Did you cheeked the connection in the workbook ? try with Replace System, select another connection and see if it works.

Hi Kiran, thanks for your answer!

I replaced the system but the issue persist. It only works if I login into the system in an empty workbook and then, open the workbook with the structure. But the same file works in 32 bits if you directly open the AO file.
