Error while creating a decision

I trying to add a decision to my existing SAP Build process automation project. After creating and configuring the decision I close the decision configuration screen and can see that the decision object found in the overview of objects in the project is stored with a almost transparent font.

When I click on the decision I get the message "Error while creating a decision".

After 5-10 mins the object disappears in the overview of objects on the project.

I have previously been able to create decisions on both new and already existing projects. But right now no decisions can be created in neither new nor existing projects - I have been able to verify this on three different subaccounts.

Has anyone done the same observations?

There was an issue but its resolved now, Can you check once again you should be able to create decisions now.
