Hi Guys,

I'm creating a Chatbot on SAP Conversational AI where I need trigger an API connection with SAP Ariba and get the status of a Requisicion.

I've tested in Postman and it's working properly with my Filters, but for some reason it's not working on CAI.

https://openapi.ariba.com/api/procurement-reporting-details/v2/prod/views/PR7?realm=myrealm-T&filter...

Should I provide "Filters" with a different format?

Find below the screenshot with my test result from Postman and the result that I'm getting on CAI.

Any advise?

Thanks,

Pedro M

Hi Pedro,

we indeed identified a bug that causes API calls to fail when there are curly braces contained in the URL (independent of being URL-encoded or not). I created an internal incident for this (incident number: 2180137575) to track this and we'll work on a fix for this.

We'll provide an update here once the issue is fixed.

Jonas

Thank you Jonas for the answer. Is there any way that can I follow up this incident 2180137575 from my side? In addition, is there any workaround that can I use that you have seen in other clients?

Regards,

Pedro Marques
