Error when retrieving external document flow

Dear Expert,

I have a problem for replicating SalesOrder from ECC to C4C.

Actually the problem is that when we are going to the SalesOrder and want to open a Document Flow we see the error message that is saying:

Error when retrieving external document flow:

I check through the web service message monitoring and saw there is a system error for salesOrderConfirmationOut.

I check through the HCI and saw the below error:

Inbound processing in endpoint at /COD/ERP/ConfirmCustomerOrderReplication_RUQ failed with message "Fault:Could not send Message.", caused by "EOFException:SSL peer shut down incorrectly"

Can anyone help me to solve this problem?

Hi,

In HCI where do you see this error message? Is it within the HCI Message Monitoring and your Message Processing Log? Or it it within the Tail Log your HCI tenant?

If within the HCI Message Montior -> Message Log, then I would suggest to see which adapter is causing the issue and then see if the C4C Tenant URL etc are correct.

The problem had been solved and I think was the problem of Certificate.
