Error when loading the callback component (work item 000000392461)

This error is too general and I couldn't get any hint by seeing previous postsss.

The whole WF is working fine until I added in a "User Decision" step (000000383). This step is nothing but a general decision step.... and I see nothing wrong in there.

Your help is much appreciated.....

Hello

Check the SWU3 Configurations.

Check the Rule (AC) linked to User Decision task is returning the correct agents. You can simulate the results in PFAC. Check the Binding between Rule container and WF container.

Check transaction SWI2_DIAG fro more details

Check the task binding for error. Run syntax checks

There is no problem with the binding I suppose. I still get the workitem in SAP inbox and workitem can still be executed.

My last screenshot is from SWI2_DIAG but the messages just do not make any sense to me..

have you checked the rule result . Simulate rule in pfac to check if it works

Hello

Also check if this issue is only with Inflight workitems. Have you changed the name of container elements and deleted any container elements. If so then the workitems started before your change will error out. Task container elements are version independent.

Try copying the whole template and see if that copy works.

If it doesn't, delete that new step and try again if it works.

Undoubtedly, this is something I have not try before. I tried it now and problem is no longer there.

Honestly, I really do not know but keen to know what causing this.
