ERROR: timeout during allocate

Hi ,

after creating RFC's from Solution manager to Managed system, the BACK rfc getting error as "ERROR: timeout during allocate".

Logon    Connection Error

Error Details    Error when opening an RFC connection

use telnet to connect your dev from solman.

if you sure all config fine, chk out this note Note 581509 - Reasons for "timeout during allocate"

HI,

I tried to use telnet in managed system, but its not working.

i think that is the problem i'm getting but when i checking the BACK RFC it was giving error "

ERROR: timeout during allocate ", Please help me on this.

yeah, i checked, in that also saying that inbound and outbound access should be there for RFC access.
