error test object cannot be created in foreign namespaces when deploy sapui5 to abap repository

Hi all, i hv error when i want to deploy my sapui5 to abap repository from sap web ide.

when i choose $TMP package, the error is "test object cannot be created in foreign namespaces",

when i try choose Z* package, the error is "SAP Object WAPA ZTEST FIORI Cannot be assigned to package Z*".
