Error on syncing html5 application to content channel

Hi,

I am unable to sync sample apps to content explorer. Below is the error when download the report. I am not sure where to change this.

First, i successfully uploaded my sample application thru BAS.

Then after upload, i navigated to workzone and manually clicked ng Update content button : 

But the application did not appear in the Content Explorer

So i go back to Content Channel and downloaded the report

you have your own app router?

I think workzone work with managed app router.
