Error Message: WebResource.axd and ReferenceError: WebForm_InitCallback is not defined

Hi Crystal Experts,

I just chatted with a customer who is getting the following error messages. After arduous research through the blogs, I could not confirm a solution so I decided to post a new thread. Forgive me if this is already mentioned somewhere else. I understand there can be different combinations of issues.

The customer's local machine is running on Windows 7. Their Server OS is Windows XP. They are running CR 2008 and VS 2012 as the IDE.

The issue is that the reports work locally on his machine but once the files are uploaded to the server, the reports come back blank. I've included a snapshot from the customer.

Attempted solutions: Installation of SP16 64 bit but problem still remains.

Can anyone shed some light on this for me please?

Use Fiddler or F12 key and see what the app can't find on the Server.

Hi Valerie,

I think I get the message after upgrading from IE 8 to IE 11 on a co-workers test image, I have to do more testing to see if we can figure out what is causing the problem.

That was for IE 10, so it must be some setting causing the problem, just don't know how to fix it...
