Error Message: WebResource.axd and ReferenceError: WebForm_InitCallback is not defined

Hi Crystal Experts,

I just chatted with a customer who is getting the following error messages. After arduous research through the blogs, I could not confirm a solution so I decided to post a new thread. Forgive me if this is already mentioned somewhere else. I understand there can be different combinations of issues.

The customer's local machine is running on Windows 7. Their Server OS is Windows XP. They are running CR 2008 and VS 2012 as the IDE.

The issue is that the reports work locally on his machine but once the files are uploaded to the server, the reports come back blank. I've included a snapshot from the customer.

Attempted solutions: Installation of SP16 64 bit but problem still remains.

Can anyone shed some light on this for me please?

Hi Valerie

There is a bit of confusion based on the following:

1) Their Server OS is Windows XP. They are running CR 2008 and VS 2012 as the IDE.

2) Attempted solutions: Installation of SP16 64 bit but problem still remains.

CR 2008 (v. 12.x) is not supported with VS 2012 and SP 16 64 bit would be for "SAP Crystal Reports, Developer Version for Visual Studio .NET" (v. 13.x).

So, we need to clear up the actual version of CR they are using? Also, are you sure the server is WIN XP? Microsoft does not support WIN XP anymore, so....

Additionally, how was the runtime deployed and how was the viewer configured?

Finally, can the customer create a Discussion here, rather than you on their behalf (it will make communication much simpler)?

This is my servers information

I have installed Crystal Report 2013 and also installed SP 16 64 bits msi but i run the reports on my browser and the reports come out blank

Move you code to the Page_Init section.

Use one Session to keep the report in scope

Use Postback methods to keep the report in scope.
