Error locking E070_ASYNC_PROC

Hi All,

Sometimes when you try to release a TR from charm, and if the developer has the relevant object open in EDIT mode in development system, charm is unable to release the TR and throws below mentioned error in the charm change document application log. 

Error locking E070_ASYNC_PROC

I swear I remember navigating to the details of this error somewhere in SAP, to accurately identify which user has locked which particular object, that is stopping the TR release. But I've forgotten the flow/steps how to view that error. 

Would someone be able to help with the steps how and where can I see this error please. The error details help pinpoint the user as well as the precise object being locked.
