error code 8 while installing netweaver 7.4

i got this error while installation sap NetWeaver 7.4 application server java and I open this log file(jstart_bootstrap_J00.log) it's empty and this is my first time in installation sap NetWeaver. This error in step install java engine.

Hi Mohsen.

Just do the full system restart and then try again with the same phase, if possible attach the log

instdirlog.txtI do it many times but still get the same error
