Error Activating Data Archive Process

Hi,

We have recently upgraded our BW system to 7.30 SP9 (on DB2) and installed a new Sybase 16.0 NLS system.

I have created our first Data Archive Process using SAP Near Line connection and when activating I am getting the following error:

I have already tested the DB connection successfully via program a ADBC_TEST_CONNECTION, and created the Connection to the NLS Storage (via RSDANLCON) successfully all shows green traffic lights:

Could there be something missing in BW (config/OSS note etc) or even issue in Sybase IQ ?

Hi Balbir,

In the capture you posted, I can see IQ error -1006276.

It has to with missing or non allowed licensed. Probably IQ_VLDBMGMT.

For more details, check the corresponding error in iqmsg file (IQ server errorlog).

Hi Tayeb, thanks for your prompt response. You are right the basis team have implemented a temp license, hence the problem.
