Error 7000 while installing Integration services (B1if)

The installation is running from Setup.exe, and the installation files are stored locally on the server.

I installed the SAP Business One Client to test the connection – it works correctly.

The Integration Services installation runs to completion, but an error appears at the very end.

I get the same error trying to install from the package for FP 2508. I even tried from the Packages.x64 running as admin both times. Anyone else with same error?

Also, when trying to install from the latest SME package B1IF10P_19-20009683.ZIP, I get an error during installation stating "Error: Setup cannot set the B1iadmin password; cancel installation?" If I go through with it, it says installation complete, and installation has been rolled back. All the setup files are there, but the service isn't responding.
