We are getting consistent 6602 errors at a site. It is loading large (3 to 10 megabyte) files. It is across a vpn to the server located in a different office. Everything is fine until you load the file. We have tried the solutions listed at http://devzone.advantagedatabase.com/dz/content.aspx?Key=17ℜfNo=070919-1945
How else can we fix this issue?

If you mean that the machines with the client applications went to sleep, any existing connections would time out. If you mean that the server went to sleep, it certainly wouldn't be able to accept connections or process queries during that time, but I would expect the database to be available again as soon as the computer woke up.
