Error 6602 when loading large blobs

We are getting consistent 6602 errors at a site. It is loading large (3 to 10 megabyte) files. It is across a vpn to the server located in a different office. Everything is fine until you load the file. We have tried the solutions listed at http://devzone.advantagedatabase.com/dz/content.aspx?Key=17ℜfNo=070919-1945

How else can we fix this issue?

The knowledge base article you cite covers the most common causes for 6602 errors. What specific timeout and packet sizes did you try?

A packet trace may reveal the issue, but if you need help analyzing a trace, please open a support ticket.

We tried packet sizes down to 256 with timeouts up to 120 I believe. Our client is working on getting someone running a packet trace. Honestly that is over my head so if they don't know what they are looking for, I'll set up a ticket.

I'm running into this again at another location. Not loading large blobs. It's on new computers running Windows 10. Any known issues with Windows 10? Any direction on what I would do to get a helpful packet trace?

Also, I have confirmed with them that the error only occurs when our application has been idle for an extended period of time (during a meeting/overnight)

Never mind. They were letting their computers sleep. ADS just won't make it through a sleep, right?
