error 500 in webgui

Hi Dear Experts

i want to customize ESS launchpad through LPD_CUST transaction but when i enter se80 transaction in backend system and chose component and press 'start configurer' buttom it jumps to http://host:8000/sap/public/myssocntl?sap-client=100 but my nwbc address is http://host:8000/sap/bc/nwbc/ .

so i decided to open se80 transaction and i start webgui in sicf transaction but when i enter my logon data and press enter it shows me error 500. i dont know what to do. please help me whith these issues.

Hi,

Have you assigned the correct parameters in RZ10 for hostname?
--> icm/server_port_x

Please check SMICM --> Go to --> Services... check the port if it is active

i checked the smicm and services for http and https and smtp were activated but i dont know which parameters should be active in rz10

could you please explain more
