End Running Sum by Date

Hello All,

I'm looking for a solution to an issue I'm having with Running Sum on SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.2 Support Pack 4, Version: 14.2.4.2410. As per below, I am trying to cut off the data as of end of month August, FY19. Anyone have any suggestions on how I may be able to do so?

Currently I'm using the following variable (the [Volume Impact + 0 (Affected)] is a variable created so that if the July values are 0, it will show a starting point on the graph.):

And when I try to add a cut off date, I get the following:
