Hi ,
I have installed DS & IS in my system . I have seen in the server status in the Central Configure Manager as EIM Adaptive Processing Server running with Errors. I have checked in the CMC it is showing like
Data Cleansing Advisor Service
The service did not start
This service has no configuration property.
Please help me how to resolve this issue.

Please follow these steps and send me the log files for more information .
1. In CMC -> Servers -> EIMAdaptiveProcessingServer -> properties
2. Set the log level to High for Tracelog service
3. Restart the EIMAdaptiveProcessingServer
4. Please send me the following glf files under <drive>:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\logging
1. aps_EIM_<hostnam>.EIMAdaptiveProcessingServer_DcaTrace_trace*.glf
2. aps_EIM_IQI_DQT_000.EIMAdaptiveProcessingServer_trace*.glf

Thanks for your support.
As per your instructions I changed the trace level settings to high and restarted the EIMAdaptiveProcessing Server. GLF files are generated in the logging . But I cannot attach the file because of not compatibility type for attachments and size of the log file more than 1 MB .
Could You please tell me the alternative to share the log files .

I didn't see any DcatTrace_trace file in the logging. I have found the below tracing files

Please let me know which one I have to send or I have to change any settings to generate the log file that you mentioned in your post.

I didn't find much information in trace log, can you confirm that you have set the tracelog service to High as discussed in earlier posts .
Also can check following in your environment
1. In CMC --> Core Services --> Stop EIM Adaptive processing server
2. Right click EIM APS --> Select services and make sure Data Cleansing Advisor service is part of selected services on right side . If this DCA service is not selected , select and Restart the EIM APS.
If DCA Service is already selected , Go to Step 3.
3. Can check if the following folders and files are available in your SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise install area.
<drive>:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\Data\DCA-SA
(and )
<drive>:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\Data\DCA-SA\Data
4.If all these files are available , Restart the EIM Adaptive processing server in CMC and then check the task manager and let me know if you see dbsrv12 process is running.
5. Is Information platform Services(BOE) installed on the same machine as IS ? If so, are you using the default SQLAnywhere database for Information platform Services(BOE) repository ?

1. In CMC --> Core Services --> Stop EIM Adaptive processing server
2. Right click EIM APS --> Select services and make sure Data Cleansing Advisor service is part of selected services on right side . If this DCA service is not selected , select and Restart the EIM APS.
