There are Documentation centers available containing links to all available informaiton on SAP NetWeaver:

If you need to implement SAP NetWeaver there is an "installation & implementation documentation center" available on SAP Service Marketplace:

This page contains all links to information you need to set up a SAP NetWeaver system landscape, and install or upgrade the software.
