This is a system that was never running before (accoring to your statements) and you are having this issue after your reboot?

It's very difficult to help if you don't give more information what happened etc. Just posting an error message without any context is not really helpful.

--> is your databse up and runnig completely?

--> ORA-00376 is "file cannot be read at this time" --> please your Oracle alert_SID>.log

Hi,

1) Could you verify the datafiles by "dbv"?

2) Are you able to execute SELECT DBASE FROM DDNTT WHERE TABNAME = 'SVERS' on SQLplus?

I'm wondering if one of the datafiles are offline. Try this:

sqlplus "/as sysdba"

select name, status from v$datafile where status not in ('ONLINE','SYSTEM');

If there is a file or files that are returned from this and the status is OFFLINE, then you can use SAP Note 328785 as an example of how to handle a datafile that is offline.
