disp+work processes makes CPU utilization 100%

Hi,

Since last few days, few disp+work processes consumes 100% of cpu of an

application sever (of BW Production server).

The application server is used for reporting of analytics

from our SRM portal. But it is observed from last 2 days that few

disp+work processes occupy 100% of cpu.

So no supplier is able to see the analytics from SRM portal.

Please note that we updated the patch set of oracle from 9.2.0.6.0 to

9.2.0.8.0 and after that only the problem appeared.

Request you to guide accordingly so that smooth operations can be

restored.

I doubt that this problem was caused by an Oracle upgrade.

Please check in SAP transaction SM66 what these work processes are doing. And perhaps ask the user who started these processes.
