Directory API for Integration Flows?

Dear experts,

we are on SAP PO 7.5. I have to update a big amount of iFlows and exchange the sending system.
I know a mass update is possible for Integrated Configurations using the Directory API but could not see an option for iFlows.
Is there a way of using the Directory API to mass update iFlows?

Thank you,
Peter

Hello Peter,

no, currently we do not have any public API for integration flows. What would be your use case?

Best regards,

Anna

Hello Anna,

In our PO Dev system I have to switch the Sender ID for dozens of iFlows because our S/4 Dev system is switched to a new system ID.

Best regards, Peter

Hello Peter,

just to be sure, that I understood you correct - with "Sender ID" you mean communication component, right? Is it modelled as business system? I have two workarounds for your special use case in mind, however one is very ugly and the other is a bit tricky and could only work when sender is modelled as a business system.

Best regards,

Anna

Hello Anna, you are correct. The Sender is modeled as a business system, it is our S/4 system and I just import it from the SLD. Now that Sender business system's ID is changing. Best regards, Peter

Could you please open a ticket for component BC-XI-IDE-IFL? You can advise supporters to forward it directly to me. I think I have an elegant solution for this problem. But as it is a bit tricky, I would like to execute it together with you.

Best regards,

Anna
