Difference between Change Request and Change Order

Can any one please tell me what is Difference between Change Request and Change Order in Change Request management Process.

Hello,

Before there is a change request, there needs to be a change document, which I think you are referring to as a change order.

The Change document would be an order for the change, the Change document once approved becomes a change request

Could you please elaborate about Change Document please . as per link ,It (Change Document )documents the activities of the users.

What kind of activities are documents ?
