Developer access key

Hi

I would like to create a developer access key. I am to understand that this needs to be done from http:
service.sap.com/sccr. I need some clarification on this one.

Here among the options available like

1. Register Developer

2. Developers registered by me

3. Register Object

4. Objects Registered by me

5. My company's registrations

Here do I need to select option 1 (Register Developer) and enter the user id there ?

Addtional info:

The below SAP Note will explains how to obtain

a Developer Key and Object Keys. You do not have to pay for the keys,

however I assume you have the authorization from within your company

to make modifications to the SAP system etc.
