Hello, I am use SAP crystal report service to generate report.

When I try to generate report, I get below error at backend:

2024-07-23 03:30:41.060,Failed to retrieve data from the database.,

2024-07-23 03:30:41.060,Details: [Database Vendor Code: 1427 ]---- Error code:-2147215357 [CRSDK00000615] Error code name:internal,

2024-07-23 03:30:34.288,Failed to retrieve data from the database.,

2024-07-23 03:30:34.288,Details: [Database Vendor Code: 1427 ],

The user local get below error:

User can download SAP successfully in PROD environment, but can't in UAT environment.

Compared the UAT and PROD, all are same, don't know why have this issue in UAT.

If it works in one but not the other it's likely environmental issue.

Make sure you are using the same Oracle Client on UAT system.

Check permissions, CR fully supports security, try a different user like the Admin account to see if that works.

And can you remove the SDK Tag, it's not the right one to use.

Can generate the report successfully via console and SAP CMC, have this issue when generate report via browser.
