Database error in sybase database when starting sap database

Hi guys,

my system environment is ecc 6.0 suse linux os and database is sybase..when i am starting database of pi system with command startdb in suse linux database is not coming up and its showing the below error what could be the reason plz help me with ur valuable solutions or any threads related to sybase database starting in suse linux...

kpiadm>startdb

starting database KPI...

log file :/sybase/KPI/sartdb.log

parse level 0:identified message 'database 'master' is now online.'

/usr/sap/KPI/sys/exe/run/stdartdb : terminating with error 10

startdb db start failed

/usr/sap/KPI/sys/exe/run/startdb: terminating with error code 13

HI vs,

ASE logs would be more helpful to analysis the issue. the same can be get from  /sybase/<SID>/ASE-15*/install/SID.log

i checked using ls command in linux startdb is there but after that sid log is not there how can we find the exact log..
