Data source name not found and no default driver specified

Hi experts,

We want to modify a Crystal Report but when we try to connect to the database, we get the following message:

Failed to open the connection.

Details: IM002:[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified.

We are using Crystal Reports 2011 with HANA DB

Has anyone faced this issue in the past?

You have to define the ODBC DSN on the machine where your BO Server is installed on. Use the same name for the DSN as the one on your local machine. Make sure to use the 32bit ODBC administrator utility (odbcad32.exe) if your BO server runs on 64bit WIndows.

Your Local DSN should be the same as in Report DSN.
