custom code management configuration

Hi Friends,

We are currently on Solman 7.1 SP 12.

I want to config custom code management in the preparation step one managing system preparation  i am getting the error

The BW Content Activation has not been finished yet. when i observed CCMS_BI_SETUP not scheduling in the system.

Kindly suggest how to proceed further to avoid this error.

Hi Chowdary ,

Is the Basic configuration step  of the solution manager completed ?

Can you check in ST22 whether any shot dumps are present ?

Check SAP Notes 2107190 and  2005507

Hi Manu,

Basic configuration has been done successfully. But i repeated the step Basic configuration configure automatically once i received the error, this time the step also come with yellow warning like The BW Content Activation has not been finished yet. and i am not getting any dumps in ST22.

Hi Chowdary ,

The BI Job  must be still running in your system . Can you check in SM37 . ( search from the date you last tried this ) . Also check for any old locks in the system  also make sure that your client is opened in SCC4  ( check the recommendation below )

Hi  Chowdary,

Is the issue resolved. also are you setting up the CCM for SAP or just with     -in Solman.

If your seting up for SAP you can leave the Manage config and open up the Session under SAP service engagement and delivery and run through the wizard.

That way you don't have to go through the whole process of Managed systems.

Where in you have the required wizard to be run to setup the CCM.

I tried as per the note given still the same.

SMSETUP: DIAG_SM_BI_SETUP job is getting triggered instead of ccms job.
