Crystal Reports XI Developer Release 2

What is the upgrade method of going from Crystal Reports XI Developer to Crystal Reports XI Developer Release 2.

I've seen mention on other forums and help-desk websites that it is a free upgrade for a registered user of Crystal Reports XI Developer. However, I can't how this is done.

Hi Routari,

If your product Crystal Reports XI (CR XI) is registered and you have the Product key for the CR XI, you can use the same Product key for the Crystal Reports XI Developer Release 2 (CR XI Release 2)

You can download the CR XI Release 2 Service Pack 2 from the link provided below,

http://resources.businessobjects.com/support/additional_downloads/service_packs/crystal_reports_en.a...

You can uninstall the CR XI and then try to install the CR XI Release 2 SP2.
