Crystal Report Chart Wrong Data

Crystal Report chart information does not match up with actual values.

At first when graphing my values it was forcing it to be summarized, but I found a solution where I use a formula to equal the un-summarized data.

Equation Used: numberVar Value := {vData.Value}

However now when I try graphing using the formula, the chart is showing incorrect data. The data should be ranging from around 38-42 but the highest value the chart goes to is 40.

What do you see if you display the data itself outside of the chart?

Sorry for the late reply and I am not sure if you will see this but, when I graph it normally outside the chart I see the values that are a bunch of 38s and a bunch of 39s and 40s. I see only one or two instances of 41 and 42. Is this the reason why it won't show in the graph since compared to the amount of 38-40s there is little to no 41s and 42s.
