Crystal Report cannot find data source when run by particular user

Good afternoon,

I am trying to run a Crystal Report created by another user.

The report template comes up OK but when I try to refresh the report data, an ODBC (RDO) window comes up asking me to select a data source and provide a data source name. The name of our ODBC data source is not among the list. I verified in the 32-bit OBDC Administrator (C:\Windows\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe) and the System DSN connection is there and working. How can I make our data source appear among the data source options in Crystal Reports?

Also: I can run the report on the other user's computer with no problems. Both of us have the same rights on the network and datasources listed in the OBDC Administrator.

Hi Daniel,

I recommend to use tag "SAP Crystal Reports" so people using Crystal Reports can find this question and post their answers.
