Crystal is simply passing that error from the Server/Client.
Search for the error on MS's site or use Google..
CR fully supports DB Security so if the user doesn't have rights to access that part CR won't run the report.
In CRD click on Database and then Verify, CR keeps a copy of the Database/Tables/fields in the RPT file, if they don't match you need to fix the report.
