Can someone please recommend some practical examples to gain practical experience with SAP BW?

     - Creating report using internal Data Sources (R/3)

Also other web sources, SAP books will be very appreciated.

Any helpful information will be very appreciated.

Please take a BW course, it will give you sufficient practical experience on creating reports among other things.

As for web sources, a simple google search for SAP BW Tutorial gives you a lot of resources.
