Collaboration Profile Aggrement(CPA) cache --> It contains all objs created during configuration(I.D) means Adapters
and communication channels.
CPA Cache is a cache for IR and ID Objects.
It means due to some automatic refresh with the connection of server have not updated or the integration server is overloaded your information of Repository or Directory objects then you need to manually refresh the cache
