I have three server in my landscape for BO operations.
when i am checking at two server that is one of data services and reports .On both i am finding
that cms is running .
Can anybody explain me the use of cms ??

CMS is Windows based tool and you can find it only on Server machine where you are installing BOBJ.
Main use of this is to Start/Stop: SIA(Server intelligent Agent) and Tomcat.

I think what you are talking about is the CCM.
The CMS is the Central Management Server. It is the core component of Business Objects Enterprise or BI Platform system. It is also incorporated into the IPS that ships with Data Services, if you do not want to connect this to a central CMS instance...
Maybe you should take a look into the Admin Guides of the BO/DS systems. You will find more details in these guides and the guides can be found under: http://help.sap.com in the Analytics Area.
