NO Data Access in BOBJ over internet

Hi,BOBJ Version: 4.0 SP6Scenario:BOBJ and BI are on the same Machine.Dashboards created on BICS Connection.BOBJ Published on Public IP.I am able to access BOBJ Over internet but not able to see any data, but can see data in Intranet.No SSO.Thanks
