Cloud ALM Landscape configuration

If a Cloud ALM setup in ECC, can it be migrated to S/4 Hana or does a new Landscape need to be made?

If it can be migrated directly, can you please give some guidance on how this can be done?

You will make a connection to the system/service in Cloud ALM by following the configuration for the relevant system/service found at: https://support.sap.com/en/alm/sap-cloud-alm/operations/expert-portal/setup-managed-services.html. Also, if you happen to have any information on how to set up a 3 system landscape for Cloud ALM in a Private Cloud Environment then do please share.
