ChaRM : Create Transport request popup - Missing Request type Alias

Hello Experts,

Please let me know if you seen this kind of Issue, as I am not able to see Request types Alias in ChaRM: Create Transport Request popup

Check the scree shot.Usually it should show "Workbench Request" and "Customizing Request".  It showing only "Create" and "Create" respectively.

Please help into this, how I can see those Alias correctly.

Hi Nilkanth,

Strange issue

When you click continue what type of TRs its creating.? If it's creating correct TRs then change description

Not sure if any SPRO config related.

What you can try is, change the description to Workbench & Customizing through Web UI screen configuration.
