Solved: Changing ADT project settings?

How can we change ABAP project settings (user, language, etc.)

Have the situation changed since 2013 (1, 2)? Or we should still edit conf-files to do this?

Would be interested if changing project setting is still not implemented in ADT 2021-12?

At least couldn't find any possibility to change project language so far.

Duplicating the project and switching language, is no option either since some of my previously configured tree items are not copied.
