Capturing Listbox Issue

Hi,

I am using 1.0.8.36 Desktop Studio with trial version. I want to automate a creation of issue on the Internet Demo of Solution Manager 7.2.

There is some listbox like the "Priority" field. I can capture them normally, but i can't "Capture on Hover" because when i hover the page, it capturing the wrong part of the page.

As you can see on the screenshot, it recognize the second "page" but i want the third one.

I'd like to now how can i capture on hover this page, or how can i use these elements without capturing on hover

Do you have a solution to this issue ? Thanks.

Hi,

you can capture the page by using the appropriate Choose Technology while capturing,

or you can hover on the top of the page so that whole page will be captured.

you can select the element "Priority" by using the tree view, so that you could select the required element
