CAP: filtering with $expand property does not work on SQLite DB

Hi,

I am trying to filter a table by a navigation property, in OData V4, where the expanded property is an object (not a list).

The filtering is working on HANA DB, but not locally with SQLite.

Is there a way to filter with expand properties on SQLite?

Hi Madalina,

unfortunately, this is a known gap on our sqlite implementation, that filtering on expanded navigation properties is not possible.

However, we have it on our radar 🙂

hi johannesvogel is there any indication when this will be picked up and fixed? It does seem to work in the JAVA implementation so maybe they learn from that?

it's still on the roadmap. Unfortunately, we don't have a date until it'll be fixed. We'll publish it in our release notes once it's done.
