Cannot recognize the PDF content - Document Information Extraction

Hi Experts,

We are using Document Information Extraction to get information from PDF, the Item No can be recognized several months ago, but recently failed... how to handle this issue? is there any chance to train this service to improve the recognition accuracy????

the value is 2, but it shows "q" when annotated for the template

and some others cannot be recognized
