Cannot Query Host Spool

Hi all,

During the last week I have found this error message in the system log (SM21):

Cannot Query Host Spool

Here is some additional information from the log:

Process: Output formatter No. 019

User: SAPSYS

Program: RSPOWP00

Problem cl.: SAP Web AS Problem

Does anyone know what this means? And perhaps how to correct it...?

Hi,

Refer these notes for information related to

Note 21225 - What is program 'RSPOWP00'?

Note 65109 - Long delays when printing during overload

For further troubleshooting. Can u look @ the trace files errors of that particular work process(in Red colour of trace files). There we can get more information on the error.
